Wasatch County Housing Authority is an Instrumentality of Government created to assist the citizens of Wasatch County obtain safe, sanitary, and affordable housing. The primary responsibility of the organization is to offer down-payment assistance loans to qualified residents of Wasatch County. These loans have a low interest rate and a 30 year re-payment window.

WCHA BOARD MEMBERS

The Wasatch County Housing Authority is governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of seven persons appointed by the County Council for Wasatch County. The currently appointed Executive Director is Jeffery M. Bradshaw. The Board meets on the 2nd Monday of each month. Please call to confirm time & location. All loan applicants are approved by the Board.

The Board consists of 2 Heber City residents, 1 Midway City resident, & 4 appointed persons who represent the various areas of Wasatch County or who represent private, non-profit organizations involved in housing issues.
